Shipping
All packages ship from Shanghai, China. We will process orders as soon as possible. However because all packaging have elements that are hand made and hand written and tea is packaged at the last moment before shipping to ensure better freshness, it might take a few days to prepare your order.
Shipping for the following countries is priced at a flat rate of Euro 9.5 and is expected to take betweed 1 and 3 weeks.: Italy, USA, Canada, UK, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Russia, Israel, Germany, France, South Korea, Malaysia, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Poland, Ukraine, Portugal, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Belgium, Turkey, Netherlands, Norway, Hungary, Ireland and Mexico.
Countries not listed above ship for a variable flat rate between Euro 12 and 20, depending on the country. If during checkout there is no shipping option available for your country, please contact us to get an estimate.
Please note that international customs duties may apply in your country, and that any additional fees or delays imposed by local customs offices are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any package not allowed to enter your country or held by customs.
We are not responsible for orders that are stolen or lost for being delivered to an unsecured location and for orders that are not delivered because of any wrong or missing information provided.
If after the expected shipping time your package still didn’t arrive contact us and we will look for a solution.
Returns / Refunds
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns, all sales are final.

Teaware
We believe we are not here just to take pics and put things from a box to the other but to bring something more. We test every teaware piece with water to see how they pour and we want to make sure they are comfortable to use in brewing tea.
This means is likely your teapot or gaiwan (or at least one piece from the series in the case of multiples) has been used before to brew tea for testing. If this might bother you you are welcome to ask us about the condition of the piece you intend to buy. We think teaware it is made to be used so we recommend using your t teaware regularly to brew tea and not let it collect dust on a shelf.
