This teapot was handmade in Jingdezhen. The inside is dark unglazed clay. It has excellent pouring making it a pleasure to use. Inside the spout it has 7 holes to screen tea leaves. The creamy white slip might have some uneven parts on purpose, a style choice making each pot unique and is covered in a clear relatively glossy glaze. It might change color over time and might develop some hairlines. Only using it will tell.<\/p>\n
